"Jay came out on a particularly rainy day while the basement was flooding. He was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution right then. The crew came out the following weekend and was able to do the entire job in one day. This included tearing out part of a bathroom, breaking up the floors around the base, putting in the new drain system with sump pump and cementing the floors back. I waited two months before posting this review to make sure I wasn't going to have any problems.
